	Short Description	Zoran Zivanovic is the director of Gold Coast design firm Zoran Architecture Pty Ltd. We are currently within our seventh year of practice and pride ourselves in keeping architecture on a personal level with our the clients by choosing to keep the practice partnership small scale - though this in no way limits the extent or size of the projects and services that we deliver.

	Detail Description	Zoran keeps charge of design, documentation and eventual handover of projects while Erica, a partner to the practice, controls presentation and artwork. Our services include Master Planning, Design, Design Analysis, Construction Documentation, Contract Administration and Project Presentations. We also provide project consultants with digital data converted into formats that they are conversant with, allowing for complete and concise interaction between design platforms for a simpler project outcome. Zoran is an Honours graduate of Queensland University of Technology (Bachelor of Architecture) as well as a graduate of GCIT (Associate Diploma of Architecture). Zoran Architecture is a designer of award nominated and winning designs such as Riverside Retirement Resort, Golden Crest Manors and Adaptable Housing Design.
